During product manufacturing or prior to delivery, we sincerely invite your leadership and relevant personnel to visit our facility for guidance. We will provide all necessary assistance and actively cooperate with equipment surveillance activities.
While delivering satisfactory products, we ensure our after-sales service and buyer training programs achieve perfection. Tailored training solutions are developed according to user requirements, implementing two approaches based on bid specifications and our proven methodologies:
Factory-Based Surveillance Training: 

  • Project Designated Personnel determine training content/duration upon buyer approval
  • Scheduled execution (timing/venue/methodology) confirmed with buyer
  • Assigned engineers deliver theoretical instruction and Q&A sessions
  • After theoretical mastery, our commissioning technicians provide hands-on operational training until trainees achieve full operational proficiency

During-Sales Service Commitment

On-site Training for Technical Personnel
After equipment installation, our technicians will explain operational procedures and precautions regarding any issues encountered during commissioning. Training continues until trainees achieve full proficiency.

After-sales Service Commitment

During the product installation and commissioning phases, we will actively cooperate by dispatching physically-fit and extensively-experienced professional technical service personnel to the site to provide technical services. They will guide and support the entire process of product installation and commissioning until the equipment is put into operation.

The Buyer shall have the right to request replacement of any on-site service personnel from our side who fail to meet requirements. Whereupon, based on on-site demands, we shall reselect service personnel approved by the Buyer.

Our personnel are obligated to:

1、Provide detailed explanations within their professional scope regarding the content of technical documents, drawings, and manuals

2、Address and resolve all matters raised by the Buyer’s technical personnel concerning the contractual equipment

Our technical personnel are obligated to:
Provide on-site training assistance to the Buyer’s installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance personnel, enhancing their technical skill levels.

We shall actively cooperate by dispatching physically-fit and extensively-experienced professional technical service personnel to provide on-site technical services, guiding and supporting the entire process of product installation and commissioning until equipment achieves operational handover.The Buyer reserves the right to request replacement of non-compliant on-site service personnel, whereupon we shall reselect service personnel approved by the Buyer based on site requirements. Our personnel are obligated to provide detailed explanations within their professional scope for technical documents, drawings and manuals, addressing and resolving all matters raised by the Buyer's technicians regarding contractual equipment. Our technical personnel are obligated to assist in on-site training of the Buyer's installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance personnel to enhance their technical proficiency.

Post-delivery, We shall cooperate with Buyer's personnel to inspect product appearance and quantity during unboxing.

We shall provide guidance on hoisting and storage of contracted equipment to ensure freedom from deformation or damage.

On-site Installation Support: During installation and testing periods, we dispatch technicians and skilled workers to the installation site for after-sales services, including:

  • Engineering technical coordination
  • Construction and installation supervision
  • Timely resolution of identified issues
  • Equipment commissioning guidance

Responsibilities:

1、Manufacturing Quality Accountability

We bear responsibility for product manufacturing quality. Should quality defects be discovered during installation or testing, we assist in resolution. All resulting costs shall be borne by us.

2、Installation Supervision

We supervise installation processes to prevent violations of construction drawings and specification requirements.

3、Testing Assistance
We assist testing per design requirements and relevant regulations. Direct losses caused by negligence/errors in our technical personnel's guidance during installation, commissioning, or trial operation shall be our responsibility. Product quality issues arising during installation will be promptly resolved.
