    Structural features

    ◆ Cabinet 
    The cabinet is assembled by bending 2mm aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets, supporting the main gas enclosure and protecting the switchgear operating mechanism and external components. The front panel of the cabinet has a primary scheme simulation diagram, switch status indication, operating holes, etc. 
    The gas enclosure is welded from 3mm 304 stainless steel plates and contains the primary energized components of the switchgear. The gas enclosure is welded by a welding robot, and isobar vacuum and helium leak detection technology are used to ensure the sealing performance. A density relay is installed on the enclosure to observe the gas pressure inside the enclosure, and a burst diaphragm is also installed on the enclosure. When an internal arc fault occurs, the burst diaphragm ruptures and releases the fault gas, ensuring minimal user loss. 
    ◆ 气箱
    气箱为 3mm 304 不锈钢板焊接,内装有开关设备的一次带电部件,气箱采用焊接机器人焊接,通过等压抽真空和氦检漏技术,保证产品的密封性。箱体上装有密度继电器以观测箱体内气体压力,箱体还装有防爆膜片,当发生内部电弧故障时,防爆膜片破裂,释放故障气体,保证用户最小损失。
    ◆ Load switch / Ground switch 
    Load switches are available in two-position (ON - OFF) and three-position (ON - OFF - Ground) structures. 
    Ground switch: The ground switch and load switch are interlocked for safe operation. 
    Vacuum circuit breaker/isolator: The circuit breaker options include V and CB options. The V option is an integrated structure of the isolator and circuit breaker, with the circuit breaker located on the busbar side; the CB option is an independent unit of the vacuum circuit breaker and its operating mechanism, with the circuit breaker located on the cable side. 
    ◆ Operating mechanism 
    1. Three-position load switch operating mechanism: 
    ◇ T type: "ON", "OFF", and "Ground" are all manually operated, used for cable infeed and outfeed cabinets; 
    ◇ TR type: Similar to the T type, the difference is that the spring is energized during manual ON operation for OFF preparation, and can be controlled by a knob, OFF coil, fuse, or relay, used for combination electrical appliances. 
    ◇ TM type: Similar to the T type, with added electric "ON" and "OFF" operation. 
    ◇ TRM type: Similar to the TR type, with added electric "ON" and "OFF" operation. 
    2. Operating mechanism for three-position isolator of vacuum switch and vacuum circuit breaker cabinet: 
    ◇ T1 type: Equipped on the V-type circuit breaker cabinet. 
    ◇ T2 type: Equipped on the CB-type circuit breaker cabinet. 
    3. Operating mechanism for vacuum switch and vacuum circuit breaker: 
    ◇ The operating mechanism for vacuum switch and vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for both V and CB options of the circuit breaker cabinet; 
    ◆ Fuse 
    In the F cabinet, the fuse is first installed on the fuse support, and then inserted into the fuse insulator tube. 
    Three fuse insulator tubes in a Y-shape distribution are located inside the air box and are well sealed with the air box. After the fuse support is inserted into the insulator tube, the insulator tube is isolated from the outside world, ensuring that it is not affected by external dirt, and any phase fuse blowing can trigger the striker, driving the quick interlocking mechanism to achieve load switch OFF.
