Overview
The XGN-12 solid insulation ring network cabinet switchgear is a new generation of environmentally friendly solid insulation ring network cabinet independently developed by our company. It is mainly composed of three functional units: V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch), and F unit (combination electrical unit). Each unit can be used independently or freely expanded. Its structure is divided into an intelligent control instrument room, operating mechanism, and primary part. The instrument room can be equipped with a microcomputer protection (controller), the mechanism is a special spring-operated mechanism, and the primary part adopts APG automatic gel technology, completely sealing the isolator and arc extinguishing chamber in epoxy resin, and has special connectors and busbars. The arc extinguishing chamber design and switch selection use special copper-chromium contact materials, R-type longitudinal magnetic field contacts, and a completely one-time sealing process. The arc extinguishing chamber's short-circuit breaking capacity, stability, electrical life, temperature rise, and insulation level have been significantly improved compared to previous arc extinguishing chambers (copper-aluminum contact materials, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, and incomplete one-time sealing process). The operating mechanism adopts a spring-operated mechanism integrated with the switch, that is, the isolator
and the main switch spring-operated mechanism are integrated, which can easily achieve interlock, and the mechanism has few parts, reducing unnecessary transmission links, high reliability, and can be equipped with electric operation according to user needs.
Fixed insulation fully enclosed switchgear: It uses solid insulation materials as the main insulating medium and conductive connections, isolators, grounding switches, main busbars, branch busbars, etc., and the main conductive circuits are singly or combined and then encapsulated with solid insulation medium to form one or several modules with certain functions, which can be recombined or expanded and have full insulation and full sealing performance.
The three-position mechanism adopts an over-center spring design, which has the functions of switching and closing load current, and can also realize manual and electric operation.Model Meaning
