◆ Installation Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m above sea level;
◆ Ambient Temperature: -40℃ to +40℃Structural Features
◆ Core
◇ The core is made of high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. It features a modern design: fully step-lap jointed, laminated core. The core limbs have a multi-step circular cross-section, and the yokes have an equal cross-section to the core.
◆ Windings
◇ The windings employ corrugated oil ducts, utilize a non-varnish impregnation process, and are bound with tension tapes. All windings are concentric coils. The high-voltage winding has taps corresponding to the required tapping voltages, led out to the tap-changer mounted on the tank cover. The tap position must be changed only after the power supply is disconnected.
◆ Safety Protection Devices
◇ Transformers from 30 to 2000 kVA are equipped with pressure relief devices;
◇ Gas relays with alarm and trip contacts can be installed upon customer request;
◆ Oil Temperature Measurement Devices
◇ All transformers are provided with pockets for liquid-in-glass thermometers, located on the top of the tank and extending 120±10mm into the oil;
◇ Transformers from 1000 to 2000 kVA are equipped with outdoor-type signal thermometers;
◆ Transformer Tank
◇ The transformer tank is constructed with corrugated walls. The surface is treated with dust-resistant spray painting, resulting in a robust paint film.
◇ The corrugated panels not only provide cooling but also function as a "breathing" system. The elasticity of the corrugated panels compensates for the volume changes of the transformer oil caused by temperature fluctuations. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer does not require a conservator (oil expansion tank), reducing the overall height of the transformer.
◇ During sealing, the transformer undergoes vacuum oil filling, completely removing moisture from the transformer. The transformer oil is sealed and does not contact air. This effectively prevents the ingress of oxygen and moisture, which could degrade the transformer's insulation performance and accelerate oil aging.
