    Overview

    ◆ Power transformers are widely used basic power products. For decades, laminated power transformers have been used for a long time in China and around the world, and their performance has not been fundamentally improved. The S13-M-RL and S11-M-RL series three-dimensional triangular core power transformers developed by our company are a revolutionary generation of transformers following the inserted-plate and wound-core power transformers. It is a new energy-saving transformer with a more reasonable structure, better performance, and more significant energy saving. 
    ◆ With the construction and transformation of the second urban and rural power grids and the launch of various power projects, how to improve the technical content of power transformers, better implement the national energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental protection policies, and actively promote energy-saving, low-consumption, and environmentally friendly new products has become an important issue before us.     A Unique Core

    ◆ The triangular core does not require cutting and has no punching holes, eliminating the transverse and longitudinal seams of traditional transformers and reducing magnetic resistance; the cross-section of the core column is circular, the core filling factor is maximized, and the three-dimensional triangular structure makes its three-phase magnetic circuits equal and shortest, realizing the ideal transformer core structure that people have long dreamed of. 
    ◆ The three-dimensional triangular wound core is made of continuous steel strip from narrow to wide and then from wide to narrow. First, three inner cores with a semicircular cross-section are wound, and then the three inner cores are assembled together to form a three-dimensional triangular wound core with three core columns having a nearly circular cross-section. The three-phase magnetic circuits are completely symmetrical and equal, shortening the yoke and increasing the core column filling factor.     2. Two voltage compatibilities

    S11-M.RL-/10-20 and S13-M.RL-/10-20 three-dimensional triangular wound core transformers have product series with both 10kV and 20kV voltage compatibilities. During the transition and update period from 10kV grid to 20kV grid,

    3. Three-phase balance 
    The three-dimensional triangular wound core is composed of three identical single frames, and the three core columns are arranged in an equilateral triangle. The magnetic path lengths of the three core columns are completely consistent and the shortest, and the losses of the three core columns are consistent, thus achieving three-phase balance.

    4. Stable quality, improved production efficiency

    6. Anti-theft 
    ◆ Due to technical reasons, laminated core transformers are prone to theft. By removing the fasteners of the body and knocking off the silicon steel sheets of the transformer, the three windings of the transformer are immediately separated from the silicon steel sheets, and 
    the valuable materials such as silicon steel sheets and coils can be easily stolen and transported away. 
    ◆ Because the core of the wound core transformer is an integral unit, the core cannot be knocked apart, and the coil cannot be removed. It is also quite difficult to remove the entire core and coil, because a 100KVA transformer weighs 
    400kg, and a 200KVA transformer weighs 650kg. It is not easy to separate valuable items such as silicon steel sheets and copper wires. Therefore, wound core transformers have better anti-theft properties. 
    7. Small footprint, beautiful appearance 
    ◆ The transformer tank uses a near-triangular structure, so the volume is smaller than that of a conventional rectangular tank. It is compact, aesthetically pleasing, and has a small footprint. 
    8. The product is economical and has a high cost-performance ratio.
