    This product complies with the following standards: GB 3906 “AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear for 3–35 kV,” GB/T 11022 “Common Technical Requirements for High-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment,” and IEC 60298 “AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltage of 1 kV and Above.”

    Operating Environment Conditions

    ◆ Ambient air temperature: maximum +40°C, minimum -15°C; 
    ◆ Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%, with the daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2 kPa; monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8 kPa. 
    ◆ Altitude: ≤ 1000 m; 
    ◆ Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees; 
    ◆ The surrounding air shall be free from significant contamination by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, and the like; 
    ◆ No locations with severe vibration; 
    ◆ When operation exceeds the normal conditions specified in GB 3906, the user and our company shall negotiate accordingly.

    Structural Features

    ◆ The switchgear structure is shown in the figure below. It features an all-metal, modular, assembled design. The cabinet is fabricated from imported aluzinc sheet with excellent corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for surface treatment. The components are machined on high-precision CNC equipment and assembled using advanced multi-fold edge-forming technology, with pull-rivet nuts and high-strength bolts for connections. This results in high precision, light weight, and superior strength. 
    ◆ The switchgear can be equipped with vacuum circuit breakers manufactured by our company, including the VS1, VD4, and ZN65 series, offering broad adaptability and high interchangeability. The handcart is provided with a working position and a test position, each of which is equipped with positioning and indication devices for safe and reliable operation. 
    ◆ The cable compartment can accommodate up to nine single-core cables, and the equipment is equipped with reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices that fully meet the “five-protection” requirements. Each compartment is also provided with pressure-relief vents to ensure operational personnel safety.
