    Model and Meaning

    Environmental Conditions of Use

    ◆ Altitude not exceeding 2000m; 
    ◆ Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~ +40℃; 
    ◆ Relative humidity: At 25℃, the daily average value is not more than 95%, and the monthly average value is not more than 90%; 
    ◆ Installation location: No fire, explosion hazard, conductive dust, chemically corrosive gases, or severe vibrations. If the above conditions are exceeded, the user can consult our company.

    ◆ The high-voltage ring main unit can be equipped with a network automation terminal (FTU) to realize reliable detection of short circuits and single-phase ground faults, with "four remote" functions, facilitating the upgrade of distribution network automation.

    Transformer

    The intelligent integrated substation uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10, S11 series transformers. Resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers can also be selected. A trolley can be installed at the bottom for easy access to the transformer.

    High-voltage Side

    The high-voltage side of the intelligent integrated substation generally uses a load switch-fuse combination electrical protection. After one phase of the fuse blows, the three phases trip together. The load switch is available in pneumatic, vacuum, and sulfur hexafluoride types, and can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism for automation upgrades; the fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, reliable operation, and large breaking capacity. The main technical parameters are shown in the table below. For transformers above 800KVA, ZN12, ZN28, VS1 vacuum circuit breakers can be selected for protection.

    Low-voltage Side

    The low-voltage side main switch uses a universal or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection; the outgoing line switches use a new type of plastic-cased switch with a small size and short arc, up to 30 circuits; the intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device has contactor and contactless switching methods for users to choose from.
