    Structural Features

    The enclosure structure is available in both upright and horizontal configurations. The outer shell is fabricated from 2-mm-thick, high-quality stainless steel sheet using a multi-folded-edge bending process (or alternatively from honeycomb-structured, double-skin stainless steel composite panels, which offer flame retardancy, environmental friendliness, thermal insulation, and condensation prevention). Special stainless-steel welding techniques are employed to ensure high overall structural integrity after forming, with a mirror-smooth surface free of visible weld marks. The internal mounting beams (or plates) undergo hot-dip galvanizing to guarantee corrosion resistance for at least twenty years. The enclosure features front and rear doors for convenient operation and maintenance; the door perimeters are fitted with highly elastic, aging-resistant sealing gaskets, and each door is equipped with both a visible lock and a concealed lock, with the visible lock further protected by a rainproof cover designed to prevent blockage and rust. The metering chamber is fully enclosed and sealed with lead seals. Rain- and foreign-object-proof cable entry conduits are installed on the side of the enclosure, while ventilation holes and cable exit openings are punched in the base. A ventilation duct and wire mesh are provided at the top, delivering comprehensive protection against water, rust, dust, and foreign objects, with an ingress protection rating of IP54.
