    Overview

    The SZ13 on-load tap-changing transformer is a new product independently developed by our company. This product is a new energy-saving distribution transformer with two rated capacities, and the two rated capacity operation modes can be automatically switched. It solves the problem of large seasonal load changes in the 10kV distribution network, resulting in large transformer losses, and overcomes the operational and maintenance difficulties caused by the manual adjustment of the capacity of the no-load tap-changing transformer. Compared with two SZ13 type sub-main transformers, using the SZ13 type on-load tap-changing transformer firstly reduces equipment procurement and installation costs, reduces the footprint, shortens the construction period, and significantly reduces the operation and maintenance workload. At the same time, compared with the SZ13 type ordinary transformer, the no-load loss of the SZ13 type on-load tap-changing transformer is reduced by more than 50%. In addition to being suitable for rural power grids with large seasonal load fluctuations, it is also suitable for urban commercial areas, development zones, industrial zones, radio stations, oil fields, etc., where the daily load fluctuations are significant.

    High-Quality Materials

    Oxygen-free copper wires with lower resistivity are selected, and a series of additional surface treatments are performed, making them smoother and without burrs or sharp corners, resulting in lower load losses and more reliable electrical performance of the transformer: 
    ◆ High-quality silicon steel sheets are selected. With the improvement of performance level, silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss are used, making the no-load loss of the transformer lower. 
    ◆ High-quality laminated wood insulation parts are selected, which will not crack, and remain motionless even under the action of short-circuit current. 
    ◆ Transformer oil that has undergone deep filtration is selected, with lower water, gas, and impurity levels, making the transformer operation more reliable. 
    ◆ High-quality rubber sealing materials are selected, effectively preventing aging and preventing leakage. 
    ◆ All raw material factories have undergone strict review in accordance with the national standard ISO9000.

    Good Technical and Economic Performance

    ◆ This product can significantly reduce the no-load loss of the transformer by 50-60%

    Fully Sealed

    ◆ The M in S11(M)R indicates that the oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed distribution transformer cancels the oil reservoir, and the corrugated fins of the oil tank replace the oil pipes as cooling and heat dissipation components. The corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin plates on a dedicated production line. The corrugated fins can accommodate the expansion and contraction of the transformer oil, thus isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down oil deterioration and insulation moisture absorption, enhancing operational reliability, and requiring no maintenance during normal operation. 
    ◆ After the surface of the corrugated oil tank is degreased, derusted, and phosphated, it is coated with three-proof paint, suitable for use in metallurgical, petrochemical, and mining environments.
