Overview
The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear consists of two parts: the Power Distribution Center (PC) cabinet and the Motor Control Center (MCC). It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used in AC 50Hz distribution systems with a maximum operating voltage of up to 660V and a maximum operating current of up to 3150A for power distribution, motor control, and lighting distribution equipment energy conversion and distribution control.

Structural Features
The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combination assembly structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are connected to each other by screws to form a basic frame. Then, according to the needs, doors, panels, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars, and electrical components are added to assemble a complete switchgear. This cabinet has the following characteristics:
◆ The frame uses steel, using three-dimensional corner plates for positioning, bolted connection without welding structure, thus avoiding welding deformation and stress, and improving installation accuracy.
◆ The installation holes of the frame and parts are changed according to the modulus E=20mm.
◆ Internal structural parts are galvanized. The exterior is treated with pickling and phosphating, and then electrostatic epoxy powder coating is applied.◆ In the power center (PC) infeed cabinet, the top is the horizontal busbar area, and the lower part of the horizontal busbar area is the circuit breaker room. The circuit breaker can be equipped with domestic DW15C, ME series IJ, or various circuit breakers produced by foreign electrical companies according to user needs, such as ABB's F series circuit breakers and intelligent circuit breakers. In general, the PC unit has a main circuit with a flip-up arrangement (including busbars). When the rated current is 630A-1600A, it occupies a cabinet with external dimensions of 800 ×1000×2200 (width × depth × height). The main circuit without a flip-up arrangement occupies a cabinet with external dimensions of 800×800 ×2000 (width, depth, height). When the rated current is 1600A-3150A, it occupies a cabinet with external dimensions of 100×1000×2200 (width × depth × height). The main circuit without a flip-up arrangement occupies a cabinet with external dimensions of 1000 × 800 ×2200 (width × depth × height). The power center (PC) feeder cabinet structure is similar to the infeed cabinet. When the feeder current is 630A-1600A, a 1000 × 1000 × 2200 (width × depth × height) cabinet can accommodate two circuits, which are arranged vertically.
◆ The motor control center (MCC) switchgear has two types of wall-mounted and non-wall-mounted installations. The top of both is the horizontal busbar area, and below the horizontal busbar area is the drawer functional unit area. The width of this area is 600mm, and the height of the drawer functional unit area is 1840mm. When the cabinet is wall-mounted, the left side of the cabinet is the functional unit area, and the right side has a 200mm wide cable outlet area. The external dimensions of the cabinet are 800/500/2200 (width/depth/height). When the cabinet is not wall-mounted, the cabinet width is 600mm, and the cable outlet area is at the rear of the cabinet. The external dimensions of the cabinet are 600 ×800(1000) × 2200 (width × depth × height). The cabinet depth has two types: 800 and 1000. We recommend that users choose a 1000 deep cabinet to unify the depth with the PC cabinet. When the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet, the live parts inside the cabinet are not exposed, which is safe and reliable.

◆ The drawer functional unit and door are mechanically interlocked by the main switch operating mechanism. When the main switch is in the closed position, the door cannot be opened, and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closed or open position with an additional padlock. The functional unit compartments are separated by metal plates. The drawers are highly interchangeable and have working, testing, and isolated positions. When a drawer is pushed to a certain position, it automatically locks into place. The drawer can be unlocked by pulling the handle on the left side of the drawer to move to the next position. The drawer also has an anti-drop function when pulled out of the cabinet.
◆ The cabinets for capacitor compensation, metering, and other fixed schemes have the same appearance and the same horizontal busbar position as the drawer-type cabinets. This ensures that drawer-type and fixed-type cabinets can be used side-by-side.
◆ The busbar system cabinet uses a three-phase five-wire system. For horizontal busbars with a rated current of 1250A or less, a single busbar is used. For horizontal busbars with a rated current above 1250A, a double busbar is used. Horizontal busbars between cabinets are connected using connecting blocks. Vertical busbars are enclosed in a polycarbonate engineering plastic shell, with internal baffles to limit arc propagation. The neutral busbar is located at the top front of the cabinet, and the protective busbar (PE) is located at the bottom of the cabinet and is connected to the cabinet's baffle and door, ensuring grounding continuity.
◆ Natural ventilation windows are provided at the bottom and top of the switchgear without reducing the enclosure protection level.
◆ The enclosure protection level of the cabinet is IP40.
