    Working Conditions

    ◆ Installation altitude: not exceeding 1,000 m above sea level; 
    ◆ Power supply voltage waveform: approximately sinusoidal; 
    ◆ Symmetry of multiphase supply voltages: The supply voltages connected to a multiphase transformer should be approximately symmetrical.

    Structural Features

    1. Core 
    ◆ The core is made of high-permeability, high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with a 45° fully skewed lap joint. It features a special square-tube tension-plate structure, with the core limbs strapped using insulating tape. The core surface is coated with a special resin to provide moisture and rust resistance, effectively reducing no-load losses, no-load current, and core noise. 
    ◆ Safe, flame-retardant and fire-resistant, non-polluting, and can be installed directly at the load center. 
    ◆ Maintenance-free, easy to install, and low total operating costs. 
    ◆ Excellent moisture resistance: can operate normally at 100% relative humidity and can be put back into service without prior drying after shutdown. 
    ◆ Low losses, low partial discharge levels, low noise, and excellent heat dissipation, coupled with a comprehensive temperature protection and control system, provide reliable assurance for the safe operation of the transformer. 
    ◆ High reliability. According to operational studies of products already in service, their reliability metrics have reached internationally advanced levels.

    2. Foil Wound Coil 
    The low-voltage winding is manufactured using a single continuous copper foil, together with Class F turn-to-turn insulation, on a dedicated low-voltage foil winding machine. The foil-type winding effectively addresses the major challenges associated with low-voltage, high-current windings, such as excessive short-circuit stress, unbalanced ampere-turns, poor heat dissipation, the presence of winding helix angles, and inconsistent quality due to manual soldering. In addition, our company impregnates and cures the winding ends with resin to provide moisture and contamination resistance.

    3. Temperature Control Device 
    The transformer is equipped with BWDK-series signal thermometers, with temperature-sensing elements embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage winding, enabling automatic detection and cyclic display of the operating temperature of each of the three-phase windings. In addition, the system features over-temperature alarm and trip functions.
